After that there was time for ‘ Questions & Answers’. Rosa Vargas, Expert on Citizen Security and Youth Employment, and Marloe Dresens, Business Development Manager at Cordaid, presented the project to the IDB, including a short documentary about the expectations of the residents on the City Park. Smeets announced Cordaid as a trusted international NGO and praised the fact that Cordaid continues working in Latin America. ![]() The new Sector Framework Document on Citizen Security positions the IDB well to assist its members in dealing with this vital issue.
